If you prefer to book your own private shuttle, aka a shuttle just for YOU and/or your group, here is how:

FOR THE MOAB AIRPORT:

4. Moab Express will confirm availability within 12 hours.

Any Green River, Grand Junction or Salt Lake City shuttle request is a private shuttle by default.

Given we offer door-to-door shuttle service, your actual pick-up time will vary anywhere from 10-15 minutes prior to or after the scheduled pickup time.
You are expected to be outside your pickup location and prepared to board within this timeframe.

Generally speaking, the further south (away from the airport) your pickup location is, the earlier your pickup time. The closer to the airport (north) you are, the later your pickup time.

Yes!  Receive a 10% discount when purchasing your round trip in advance.  Spend less time planning and more time playing while in Moab!

The Canyonlands Field Airport is very small, with one baggage claim pickup area, and one main entrance/exit out of the airport.

If flying into Moab’s Canyonlands Field Airport, your shuttle will pick you up on the East side of the terminal, right outside the double sliding doors that are next to TSA.

The honest answer is….maybe. In 2024 the Canyonlands Field Airport changed the air carriers they work with, drastically changing the daily flights. This means the best way to ensure a shuttle from the airport is to schedule your own custom airport shuttle. 

Their may be an opportunity to “Hop On” an existing shuttle, however that is never guaranteed.

In Moab we offer door-to-door pick up and drop off service to any location within a 3-mile radius from the center of Moab.  

If it is outside the 3-mile window, additional charges may apply. Please note if needing a shuttle outside of Grand County, please request a private shuttle.

Your shuttle is scheduled to your actual flight with United and will be at the front of the airport when your flight arrives (Yes- even if the flight is late!) Look for the white van marked Moab Express.

The shuttle will depart when all passengers have received their luggage and are ready to depart.   

If your flight into Moab is cancelled, you can re-book on the next available shuttle or receive a credit for the amount charged that is good for 90 days, subject to availability.

We do not refund tickets with less than 24 hours notice.

Moab Express does not accept:

Luggage Policy: Guests are limited to 1 checked bag + 1 carry on bag. 

A $10/item fee will be charged for additional luggage. Additionally, items like golf clubs or boxed bikes are assessed a $20 fee. We strongly suggest you contact ME prior to your shuttle to ensure room for your extra luggage. 

Setup bikes are not allowed on shared airport shuttles. 

LUGGAGE/EQUIPMENT POLICY
Moab Express is not responsible for damage that may occur to any luggage, equipment, bikes, bags, or other personal possessions of the passenger while in transit, whether stores internally in the vehicle or externally on racks. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their property is stored in a manner they are comfortable with, prior to departure.

Moab Airport Shared Shuttle
For the Moab Airport shared shuttle we can transport a boxed bike. We charge $20/boxed bike and limit 2 boxed bikes per shuttle. We highly recommend checking in with us prior to booking to ensure availability. We do not allow assembled bikes on the Moab Airport Shared Shuttle.

Private Shuttles
(Including Point-to-Point, Private Moab Airport, Grand Junction, Green River, Salt Lake City)
Assembled bikes that require an external hitch for transport can be shuttled via one of our private shuttle options. The fee is $10/bike (in addition to the shuttle fees.) Please use the links below to request a shuttle that can accommodate an assembled bike:

Any private shuttle where the participants are not on time for their scheduled departure are subject to additional fees at the rate of $80/hour (prorated if less than an hour) with a 15 minute grace period.
