General Policies
Damage Policy
Moab Express is not responsible for damage that may occur to any luggage, equipment, bikes, bags, or other personal possessions of the passenger while in transit, whether stored internally in the vehicle or externally on racks. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their property is stored in a manner they are comfortable with, prior to departure.
Smoking/Vaping
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any vehicle, even if the vehicle is at rest or turned off.
PET POLICY:
Moab Express accepts all service animals as defined by the ADA. Passengers wishing to travel with their service animal are required to arrange that ahead of time via phone- 435-260-9289. Small pets that are allowed in the cabin of the airplane are allowed on Shared Shuttles free of charge. A pet carrier will count as the guest’s carryon bag. Please check our luggage policy for further information. The pet must remain at all times in the airline approved carrier and be accompanied by their Health Certificate to travel as required by the airlines. No pet may travel without a guest and they may NOT ride outside of a carrier for the safety of the other guests and the pet. Larger pets/emotional support animals that fly in the cargo area of the airplane are subject to additional fees and space availability within the shuttle.
MINORS TRAVELING POLICY
Children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years of age are not permitted. CHILD CAR SEAT POLICY: We are not able to provide any type of car or booster seats. You must provide your own. All children under 8 years old riding in a vehicle must be properly secured in an approved child safety seat unless they are at least 57 inches tall.
Shared Airport Shuttle Policies
Luggage & Bike Policy
Limit to 2 bags per guest (1 carry-on size, 1 checked), as well as 1 small item like a laptop bag or purse. A $10/item fee is charged for additional luggage or golf clubs. A boxed bike will be charged $25 for shared shuttles (limit 2 per shuttle.) Assembled bikes are allowed on private shuttles only. Please contact Moab Express prior to your shuttle to ensure room for your bike bag or oversized luggage.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded in full. Less than 24hrs are nonrefundable, but transferrable up to 365 days. Refunds cannot be applied to other existing or new reservations.
If the flight is delayed less than one hour, we the shuttle will be there. For delays over 1 hour, ME may move you to the next available shuttle. If your flight into Moab is canceled, you can re-book on the next available shuttle or receive a credit for the amount charged that is good for 365 days, subject to availability.
MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Moab Express is not responsible if a passenger missed their connecting flight into Canyonlands Field Airport. Moab Express is not responsible for delayed or missed flights due to inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in and around Moab. Availability may be limited for last-minute changes.
TIGHT CONNECTION OPTION:
By opting for a tight connection when making a shuttle reservation, Moab Express waives any responsibility for missed flights or for the shuttle on which you are booked.
Arriving – Canyonlands Field Airport (CNY) Moab Express’ service counter is located directly inside the first set of airport entrance doors. Your driver will be at the ME service counter and will check you in, direct you to baggage claim, and answer any questions.
Departing – Canyonlands Field Airport (CNY) PLEASE NOTE – Your actual pickup time may be up to 15 minutes before, or 15 minutes after the scheduled time on your reservation depending on your location. Our door-to-door shuttle service picks up passengers in and around the Moab area approximately 2 hours before each scheduled flight departure. Passengers will arrive at the airport with ample time prior to departure of the flight. A text message will be sent to you on the day of your shuttle with a more approximate pickup time.
PICKUP & DROPOFF POLICY: We offer a variety of possible drop-off locations within 3 miles of Moab city center. A location outside of 3 miles will incur an additional fee, on one-way or round-trip fares. If requesting a location not available in our drop-down menu, simply choose “Custom location” and then provide the address at checkout.
Private Airport Shuttle Policies
Luggage & Bike Policy
Depending on your group size, we should be able to accommodate your luggage. If needing a bike rack for assembled bikes, this must be arranged prior to your scheduled shuttle.
Cancellation Policy
All private shuttles booked with Moab Express are subject to the following cancellation policies:
> 5 days from scheduled shuttle: Full refund, minus 3% fee.
< 5 days from scheduled shuttle: no refund.
Transfers to new shuttle requests may be allowed, but are not guaranteed, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Regional Shuttle Policies (GJ, GR, LV, SLC, etc)

Client Delays
Any private shuttle where the participants are not on time for their scheduled departure is subject to additional fees at the rate of $80/hour (prorated if less than an hour) with a 15-minute grace period. Moab Express is not responsible for missed flights, delayed flights, road closures, late trains, road delays, or any travel-related reason a client may miss their reserved shuttle time.
Additional Passengers
By booking a regional shuttle the customer agrees that Moab Express has the right to sell additional seats (unless a private option was chosen) to or from the booking destination. If you prefer your shuttle to be a private shuttle, you will have that option upon checkout for an additional fee.
Event Shuttles
All event shuttles booked with Moab Express are subject to the following cancellation policies:
• 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to the event.
• More than 30 days from the scheduled shuttle: 90% refunded.
Any event canceled within 30 days will not be refunded.
Online Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to 395 Marcus Ct, and Tourist Transportation Solutions LLC DBA Moab Express and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Tourist Transportation Solutions LLC DBA Moab Express include 395 Marcus Ct, Moab Express, Moab Express and www.moabexpress.com website is a reservation and information site. By using the Moab Express website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Moab Express may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
– First and Last Name
– E-mail Address
– Phone Number
If you purchase Moab Express’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Moab Express may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Moab Express, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Moab Express may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Moab Express or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Moab Express; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Moab Express, or the public.
Tracking User Behavior
Moab Express may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Moab Express, in order to determine what Moab Express services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Moab Express to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Moab Express. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Moab Express website.

Right to Deletion

Children Under Thirteen

From time to time, Moab Express may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
