Quite the opposite as they are responsive and work hard to meet any change in timeline or obscure request. Ron has been our driver every time and he's a touchdown - friendly, informative, and a great guy.

What a nice experience after a long day of travel. My flight arrived early and they were there early too. The van was new, clean, comfortable & roomy! The driver was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable! I would definately call them again and highly recommend them!

We had originally secured a taxi from CNY, which did not arrive.Several others were also left without a ride to Moab until someone contacted Moab Express.We also had them pick us up at an address just north of town. Prompt, polite and professional,What more would you want???
